[cisco-voip] DBLHelper.exe after 4.1(3) upgraded to SR6

I'm getting a unhappy red face in DBLHelper.exe v3.4  after some
upgrades, not sure if SR6, or OS Update or CSA 2.0.7...

 

I can't find anything wrong in SQL Enterprise Manager with replications.
I'm having no issues with CFW, etc, etc. Seems to be cosmetic or a bug.
I am using a really old version of DBHelper though, but it should happy
faces before the upgrades.
