[cisco-voip] How to add CLI

Yes, that is answering my question, but I'm still not clear.

CLI refers to Calling Line Information. The service provider send calls without CLI to me. Therefore, I want to add CLI before I forward the calls to telco. Currently I am using isdn calling-number command under the ISDN interface, so all calls are sent with the same calling number, but I want different calling numbers to be sent out through the same ISDN interface. Is there anyway to do that?

Thank you.

Roda

IF you are referring to Calling Line Information (CLI) then that is up to the service provider. The Telco needs to send you CNAM and CNUM, typically you are guaranteed CNUM delivery but not always CNAM.

Is that answering your question?

Hi,

I am new to VoIP and Cisco. I have the following problem.

I am using Cisco AS5400 to terminate VoIP traffic and send the traffic to telcos using SS7 signaling. Some of our customers do not send CLI to us. How can I add CLI to those incoming calls?

Thank you in advance.
