You could remove the prefix completely from the parms and use translation Patterns to do the same work. Create a new partition only for the TP, then create a new TP with a calling prefix -I Think, to add the missing 0. You then create a new CSS with only the new partition in for the inbound Gateways, this is used to route all calls to the new TP you just created. Then assign a CSS to the TP which you use to normally route internal calls. Alternatively you could use this set up delete the first 0 on the CCM trunk and then allow the parm in the second CM to add it again
