Is it possible that you have a call routing loop? Call going from CM to
Legacy PBX back to CM etc? if so, remove the connection and see if that
fixes it.
What version of CM?

Subject: [cisco-voip] CCMAgt process and code yellow
Hello,
We have had a code yellow in a Customer about 3 hours ago. We are
troubleshooting this with TAC P1.
When we had the code yellow, we have seen that the Publisher (server
affected) was 100% CPU. The processes eating the CPU were Cisco Tomcat
(40%) and ccmAgt (60%). We tried to restart the Tomcat service and it
has gone in stopping state for the last three hours, but nevers stops.
Anyway, the Tomcat utilization has decreased to 10%, but we are still
having problems with the other process.
Does anybody know what this ccmAgt is and how we can solve this
situation? I'm afraid restarting the server is not possible as there are
some hung processes and we have to "press the button" to restart it :-(
Regards,
Ruben
