[cisco-voip] CallManager 4.1(3) Accessing CDR data for Custom Reports?

You won't break anything by changing SQL back to mixed mode. That
way you can create a SQL only user for them and not give them admin
access to the entire server. It requires a bounce of the SQL server
though.

Not finding any best practices regarding anything related to this. I
do notice that my CM cluster sql appears to be configured with
"Windows only" authentication.

I notice there are already some users associated with the CDR
database on CM.

CCMCDR
CCMServiceRW
CCMUser
Administrator

Should one create a new user for this or use an existing? Should I
leave CM set to use 'Windows only' authentication ? Can you even
change that without having a negative impact?

I know that prior to 4.x the default use to be mixed mode allowing
for SQL and Windows authentication.

Any thoughts or suggestions regarding any of this would be
appreciated. Always like to hear from others prior to moving forward
with things I am not 100% sure about.
