[cisco-voip] Service URL on a phone button

How I've done it in the past:

1.. Create your service. (This is beyond the scope of this document)
2.. Create your phone button template with at least one key using the "Service URL" feature.
3.. Create a phone and assign it this phone button template.
4.. Under the phone configuration page, in the top right you will see "Add/Update Service URL Buttons"
5.. Select the service in the dropdown menu and assign it a label.
  6.. Update and close.

You should be good to go.

I've used it for extension mobility. It worked like a charm. Except for a bug whereby if you used the service URL it would not respect the userdefined MAC addresses assigned in IPCommunicator. I think that is fixed now.
