[cisco-voip] Can the BAT tool for CCM 3.3 export phone and user information?

Short version is I have to upgrade 3 3.3 clusters to one CCM 6.1
cluster.  And since I can't use the DMA tool to combine them all, I was
hoping I could export the user, phone and line information from each
cluster and import them into a fresh build 6.1 system.  The largest
cluster only has 650 phones.  The other two about 270 total.

I'm hoping to avoid upgrading the larger publisher 3 times as well (
3.3(3) ->3.3(5) -> 4.2 ->6.1).  But I'm thinking I can't avoid this, and
I'll have to upgrade each of the smaller systems to 4.2 so I can export
them with the BAT tool.  Unless I can find some nice sql queries that
can do the same thing.
