[cisco-voip] IPCC Design considerations

might have more questions then answers.

pro is that calls are there locally.  But what is the RTP flow?  since it's
IPCC does the RTP stream go to the IPCC server and back to the phone or
after the script and deliever to the phone does the phone RTP flow go to the
VGW?

Con -- if you loose WAN you loose IPCC functionallity.
