I should also add that "CTIOS Softphone" mentioned in there is the 
default/bare-bones equivalent to CAD in the IPCC enterprise environment 
- it is not really a "soft phone" as there are no provisions for the 
voice path, it still relies on either IP Communicator or a hard phone 
for voice.
