[cisco-voip] Platform sizing for CUBE (IPIPGW)

We have an upcoming application where we'll need to deploy a pair of Cisco
Unified Border Elements to do H323-to-H323 work, and I am having trouble
finding a document that helps me size the hardware properly.  I know the
amount of RAM (256) and Flash (64) but am trying to figure out whether a
pair of 2811s will fit our requirement.  If anyone can point to a document,
I would be appreciative.

FWIW, max throughput on these guys will be 70 G.711u-law calls (no
transcoding required) and 30 G.711u-law calls respectively.  We won't need
to use gatekeeper services at all.
