[cisco-voip] Video Conferencing ? CM 4.1(3)

I am looking for an affordable video conf. solution for two small conference
rooms.  Cisco is stuck on stupid (telepresence) and can't seem to remember
any video conferencing solutions prior to telepresence's arrival.  I know I
have seen many solutions in the past even at Cisco's on offices here and
there.

Anyway, telepresence is simply too much for what we are looking for.  I want
something that will integrate with existing projectors in each small conf.
room.  And something that will work / integrate with CCM 4.x

Nothing fancy, its only for a small weekly meeting for a few people.  Can't
justify all the expensive solutions, but the small cameras for the PC well
those don't cut it.
