Tandberg makes variants of a number of their units that talk SCCP and
look/act like phones to CallManager.  Then to set up video conferences
you just make phone calls.  The "normal" Tandberg units talk H.323 and
SIP.  If you use H.323 you'll need a gatekeeper to connect them up to
CallManager.  I haven't tried the SIP support yet.
