Honestly, I've got no idea.
I run H.323 loads against a gatekeeper for my video conf units. For
outside world connectivity we run our own IP bridge (Codian). In
addition, the Codian ties desktop conferencing (via VTA/webcams) to our
conference rooms. We don't directly do any ISDN/PRI connectivity to the
outside - for the two times it's been needed we've used 3rd party
services that to IP -> ISDN bridging for us.
