[cisco-voip] Upgrade OS / CUCM Software

Hello Group

I have to update our Callmangager Cluster (1 pub / 5 sub) with the newest OS
(2000.4.4a SR12) and Callmanager (4.2(3) SR3).

In what order do I have to upgrade. First update all OS on all servers and then
all CM? Or server by server OS and CM and then go on to the next server?
