Thanks Ryan,
The server I am using has all the items mentioned in table 23, Including
the power module for the RAID array that increases the memory to 192Mb. I
have had a TAC case open on this now for 6 days -- my next step will be to
escalate with TAC. I will keep you posted.

Your email yesterday noted that you upgraded to 4Gb of RAM, which is good as
the DL380-G4 (7845-H1) requires 4Gb.
The full specs are at www.cisco.com/go/swonly (HP server solutions) under:
"HP DL380-G4 Server with Dual Xeon 3.4-GHz Processor". There is one listing
for CM 4.1 and older and one for CM 4.3 and 5.
I believe someone not too long ago posted a similar issue and needed to
install some type of power module for the raid array. Make sure you have
all of the parts listed in table 23 of the link above.
Both 2003.1.1 and 2003.1.2a should support this server.
-Ryan

I am attempting to install CallManager OS 2003.1.1 onto a HP DL380 MCS-7845.
The hardware specs are as follows:
Dual Xeon 3.4Mhz CPU
2 Gb RAM
2 (72)Gb Hardrives
6i Raid controller v2.68A
BIOS firmware rev P-51 2006/04/26
The installation fails and I get the following message:
The configuration of the array controller failed! This can be caused by
unexpected hardware or a hardware failure within the system.
Error code:2832
Is there something I am missing??
