[cisco-voip] Calls to Arc Consoles dropping and then reappearing as an incoming call

Has anyone experince of Arc consoles,  I have a strange issue when very
occasionally a call with come into the Arc console and will get answered by
an operator but during the call it will suddenly drop out and will be
presented as an incoming call again. The call does not clear down but caller
loses the conversation and hears ringback tone then another operator will
answer the call.

When this occurs it can happen 2 or 3 times to the same caller.

Has anyone come across anything like this before?
