"Subscriber install error connecting to Publisher during 1.3 to 2.0 upg.
 
Symptom:
During the installation of a CER 2.0(3) subscriber you may receive the 
error:
Configuration validation with 'publisher hostname' ('publisher ip 
address') failed.
This node is not found in 'publisher hostname' server configuration.
 
Conditions:
CER 1.3(1a) upgrade to CER 2.0(3) using DMA
 
Workaround:
Delete Subscriber information in the Publisher CERAdmin System->Server 
Settings, then re-add the subscriber via system->add subscriber with the 
same hostname and IP address."
