Is there a Goto step inside the Queued branch of your Select Resource step for the CSQ(s) with the problem?

  If would I have some scripting error why in my other supervisor queue is not showing the same amount of queues

  Cannot be scripting for each single CSD is not making any sense.

  If it is showing 20 people in the queue but no one is currently calling, then most likely you have a scripting error where it is not counting the call as handled.

  Just happened again why and how my queues are showing 20 plus in CSD -> Skills -> Reports -> queues?

   

  If I do not had any one in the line why is the queues growing and is not clearing after the line is drop

   

  There is any reason why how to prevent that is confusing.
