[cisco-voip] call disconnect timeouts

Hi,

 

When a call arrives on an FXO and gets routed to a number via PLAR, if
the caller hangs up before the call is answered the destination
extension continues to ring for quite some time.

 

Is there a call timeout timer to prevent this?  The problem being that
an individual can pick the call up and the caller has long hung up.
