Has the DN changed partitions recently?
Can you send the DA part of the trace for the gateway and internal
call? This is the part that looks like:

Single phone affected (only 7971 in the system) with firmware 8.2.2SR1s
When the customer is on a call, internal calls go straight to
voicemail.. External calls show up as a second call.
Shared line to a Cisco 7921 and exhibits the same behavior... no one
else in the network has reported this problem.
Ring settings are set to ring while active, and the max calls is 4 and
busy trigger is 2.
This just started happening today (after being up for nearly 2 years).
We have reset the phone and power cycled it... I am debating on
deleting the DN and re-adding it.
Any ideas?
Jonathan
