[cisco-voip] 10011 System Error. Contact System Administrator.

Hey guys,

I'm trying to run a CDR QoS report, when I try and send the report via email
I get the following error:

10011 System Error. Contact System Administrator.
I have configured the correct user details in the mail parameters...

Does anyone have any suggestions?
