Depending on which version you are using, you can use a variety of SQL querries to dig this data out.

0 length CDR is a CallManager service parameter. It basically says cut a CDR record every time someone dials the phone. Without this, CDRs are only cut if they are 1 second or more.

0 lenght CDRs will significantly add to your CDR database but it makes troubleshooting a bit easier.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the response.

I don't know too much about CDR, what do you mean by length 0?

What report do I need to run to achieve this?

    Thanks for the help.

If you have 0 length CDRs enabled, you should be able to do a CDR search to that extension with a lenght of 0.

Will give you a good idea, anyways. Not sure if it will stand up in court or a performance review. ;)

        Hey guys,

Is there a way to report on the number of missed calls on a extension?

Basically I want to find out the number of missed calls an extension has had?

        Thanks.
