[cisco-voip] GK controlled ICT question - CallManager 5.1.x

Thorsten,

one aspect to keep in mind - cm registers each CM server in the device 
pool of the GK trunk with the GK.  those register as _1, _2, _3

the CMs that appear are determined by the device pool (cm group) on the 
trunk device in ccmadmin.
