[cisco-voip] Resume Softkey

Hey guys,

I just have a question regarding the resume softkey.

In CM4.1, we have it set up so that if the PA answers a call on behalf of
the Manager and they press hold, the Manager can then press the resume
softkey on their phone and resume the call.

In CM6.1, I cannot get this working.

Do you have any ideas on how to fix this?
