[cisco-voip] CM 5.1.3 RTMT Low Memory

Does the following RTMT message just mean you need to reboot?

Available virtual memory below 30 Percent. servM (1567 MB) uses most of the
memory. The alert is generated on Mon Jul 21 07:40:24 PDT 2008 on node
CMPUB.
