[cisco-voip] ANI Required for Abandon

Abandoned call for ANI is in TCD table in SQL database. (Further check the Database Schema on Cisco). For the historical data kindly mention are you using simplex or duplex (mentioning the sites)...how many PG's you have on Router...

ANI Required for abandon calls  using Cisco IPCC enterprise  7.0 for reporting we used web view application of Cisco just want to know how to get ANI from the Cisco IPCC enterprise 7.0 complex database .Also my real time data is not matching with the historical one .
