[cisco-voip] ANI Required for Abandon

HI there

ANI Required for abandon calls  using Cisco IPCC enterprise  7.0 for
reporting we used web view application of Cisco just want to know how to get
ANI from the Cisco IPCC enterprise 7.0 complex database .Also my real time
data is not matching with the historical one .
