[cisco-voip] did/fxs config help

Hello,

I'm trying to setup a couple of did lines into a cme router.
Currently the voice ports look like this:

voice-port 0/1/1
 signal did wink-start
 input gain 4

and I have setup the num-exp commands:

num-exp 2346 1002
num-exp 2341 1011
num-exp 2347 1020

I'm guessing I need a dial-peer?

When I call the number 5552340 all I get is a busy signal.

Where should I go from here?
