[cisco-voip] Old post, Shared Line Limitations, Incoming to IP from ISDN voice-clipping

We are experiencing a frustrating issue where the IP phone user recieving a call from the PSTN is experiencing about 5 seconds of voice-clipping when
she answers the phone. Could this be the result of the line being shared 17 times? Otherwise latency is very low, 25ms between the CM cluster and the
gateway which recieves the call, 40ms between the Callmanager and IP phone, 5ms between the gateway and the phone. QoS is being properly applied, RTP
packets, cs3/ef. Unless there is a way to make the gateway put the IP leg on hold until the ISDN side is fully connected, I am totally exasperated. Could
shared-line overload be at fault here?
