[cisco-voip] SCP Backup

I've been looking for a way to archive the switch  configs using scp without
specifying the password in the config.
Is it possible to create a user, "backup" for something original that can
run the scp using a private/public key pair from the switch.

the config might then look something like this:

archive
path scp://backup@192.168.100.1 <cisco1 at 192.168.100.1>//home/cisco/sw4
write-memory
