[cisco-voip] Admin Workstation error

Can you send the screen shot of the error message...I guess your logger
is not communicating with the AW...

I have tried it logging directly into the server and also logging into
the server by PCAnywhere both give me the same error message when trying
to access the configuration manager.

Are you running config manager from a terminal service session? If so, 
that won't work.

You need to be
a) in front of the server itself
b) connected via a "console" connection (VNC, PCAnywhere, etc.)
c) if using win2k3 server, you can use remote desktop with the /console 
switch
