[cisco-voip] ISDN PRI Line Issue

Hi,

I am having a PRI issue. What happen that the first call on PRI line is never entertained, it seems if it goes into some black hole. Consecutive call are properly transfered to CCM auto-attendant. I have check the "debug isdn error" and got: 

*Mar  3 07:48:03.207: ISDN Se0/1/0:15 SERROR: process_pri_simple: NO name in GTD 

Searched Cisco website but found nothing. 

Any one have clue what is going on??
