[cisco-voip] issue with UCC call connector server

Has anybody ran into issue with installing ucc on a vmware server. Im
getting a " there is no network interface or serial is alreading in use.
Now my vm in fully operational with internet connectivity for the ucc wizard
to connect to licensing.  Now really sure whats going on.
