[cisco-voip] IP phone Agent - Slow logout

Anyone using IP Phone Agent on UCCX 5 ever have a problem with logout taking
30-40 seconds? I'm getting this intermittently.. unfortunately the agents
sometimes still get calls while its trying to log them out. Server does not
appear to be under any heavy load at least just looking at CPU/memory.
Any suggestions on what logs I might look at? Nothing in the event viewer
looks particularly interesting.
