[cisco-voip] Displayed zeros on 7940/60 phones

I recently upgraded a 7940 to 8.0(8) from 7.3(2), and have since
downgraded it again and have noticed that any zeros (e.g. in the time,
date, DN etc) have a line through them, whereas before they didn't.

The firmware is back to the same version, and I've factory reset the phone
and deleted it and added it back into CallManager. Other phones which have
stayed at 7.3(2) are unaffected and display zeros correctly.
