There are a couple of answers to this. First, you cannot convert a 7941 UDP to a 7961 UDP. Second, depending upon what type of phone is associated with the user, you can autogenerate this in Ucm 5/6.x.

Hi,

I have existing UDP's setup with 7941 as their phone. Now they want to
change to 7961. Is there any easy way to do this in BAT or do I have
to delete the UDP's first??
