[cisco-voip] Transfering from Unity

I am running call manager 4.2 and unity 4.2.  I am trying to transfer
from unity to a long distance number along the lines of 9???????? And
then a couple of second pause which I have been trying to do with ,,,
followed by a long distance pac code.  I am not sure if this is even
possible but I would really like to be able to.  I edited the
Restriction tables to allow 9???????????* and when I try the transfer I
get, "Please Hold While I transfer your call" then the hold music then I
get the mailbox of the user I was transferring from after a few seconds.
Any help would be appreciated.
