Nope. Broadcast messages can do that because the message is never
technically in the user's mailbox, all of the management is done on the
Unity side. With a PDL, exchange drops a copy of the message in each
user's mailbox and exchange doesn't really have a practical way to
expire a message.
There are some tools from Microsoft (exmerge) that can be used to remove
a common message from groups of user's mailboxes, but it is pretty hard
core and not intended for day to day use.
