[cisco-voip] Cisco Click to Dial

Does anyone know of a plug-in that is written to support Click to Dial
any phone number found in any application? For example; a phone number
in the signature portion of an email or one listed on a web site.

I am aware of the TSP integration with Outlook contacts that is not what
I need.
