[cisco-voip] Phone time after recent DST

Well,  with OS 2000.2-7 you'll need apply the standalone DST update,
win-OS-Upgrade-K9.2007-DST-Update.1-0-1.exe, since the Cisco IPT OS
updates don't have the DST fix until the newer 2000.4-x versions.

To see if you have the standalone DST fix installed, go to c:\program
files\Common Files\Cisco\Logs and look at History.log and it should
mention it being installed if it was.

Or you can do the bigger OS updates (recommended to get all the OS
level fixes, security fixes, etc) which will take longer.
