[cisco-voip] IP Communicator - CTL update failed

Friends,

I am using CME 4.1 on 2811 router and registering IP communicator
2.1.1.0with it. there are two problems i m facing that i think
interconnect with
each other.
 First, when i run ip communicator softphone, phone successfully register
with cme but in status messages it show error messages you can see below:

Error Verifying Config Info
SEP00123F0ACD79.cnf.xml
CTL update failed

Other issue is when i make call from one softphone to other, call connected
successfully but if i press Hold button, i don't hear moh i stored in flash
and configured with moh command. Please go through the configuration find
below:
