[cisco-voip] Cisco Channel Usage question

just a guess, but all '-1' looks like no port was selected. additionally 
disc code=0x2 means "no route to specified transit network".  I'm 
betting you didn't match the destination-pattern.  try

'show dial-plan number 8009466382' on the router to see what you get.
