[cisco-voip] DST problems with 7940s being one hour off on a DST patched system

Erick,

I'm having the same issue with SR6a. I'm not sure
exactly why this problem is happening. All of the
timezone settings are correct.

The phones aren't appearing to take their Arizona
timezone parameters at all. I am also dealing with
7940s/7960s.

Going bonkers. . .
