[cisco-voip] Polycom phone 7936

What would cause an ip polycom phone from giving dial tone after hitting
the flash key. The end users are complaining that when they misdial a
number and hit the flash key they get dead air and they physically have
to unplug the data cable to reset the polycom. Anyone experience this
before? I have other sites where this does not occur with polycom's
setup the same way.
