[cisco-voip] DST problems with 7940s being one hour off on a DST patched system

Erick,
We figured this one out. The CCM cluster was
incorrectly configured using DNS instead of IP numbers
and the phones were unable to pull their .cnf files
from the TFTP server. Everytime we'd examine the IP
phones' network configuration page remotely, the
active CallManager was our TFTP server with SRST being
the backup instead of the subscriber being the active
with the publisher being the backup. We changed the
CCM names to IP addresses, restarted the CCM service
and now all is well. A GREAT big THANK YOU to those
crazy guys in Aussie TAC for the help in solving these
issues.
