[cisco-voip] DBLHELPER-Missing Subscriber

I am looking at one of the 4.1 servers for one of my customers and this is non editable field. It shows as grayed out and you cannot place any data into these. As Wes Said, I think opening a TAC case is your best option as your DB CONN looks to be broken.

David,

DBLHelper looks at processnode table in SQL to identify servers. This sounds very related to the other issue you were having. Did you open a TAC case for that?

Hi dear Jorge, I hope you can give me a tip to resolve this issue:
I have one CCM cluster (1 Pub and 1 Subs), when I ran the DBLhelper file to reestablish a broken SQL subscription, only the Publisher server appear and the Subscriber is missing, and when I go to the CCM page->Service->Service Parameter, the "DATABASE CONNECTION STRING" value is in blank. What coud be the reason? Is there a way to fix this?
Thank a lot Jorge
Best regards
David
