[cisco-voip] DBLHELPER-Missing Subscriber

I am not suggesting you try this... but...

Go into the CCM Pub, delete the Subscriber, remove it from the CCM
group, remove it from the CallManagers, remove it from Servers

Then re-add it... then run DBLHelper... This should re-add it to the DB...

You will then need to republish if it shows up in DBLHelper to get the
subscription back into effect...
