[cisco-voip] Attendant Console Problem

Cisco Unified CM 6.1
We are having an issue with our attendant console. Not every time, but
nearly, when a call comes in the application will minimize to the task
bar and then maximize on its own. This greatly annoys the operator and
she wants it fixed. She does have dual monitors and we have tried the
application on both monitors and they both do it. We have switched out
the video card and upgraded drivers, no luck. Any ideas? This also
happened when we were on 5.1 on and off.
