I do not know if it will recognize larger flash, but you would need to
reinstall the system completely if you tried that (not sure it would
even work).
But, you are down to 2 options.
1) RMA the AIM-CUE flash and/or the whole thing and rebuild it
2) Try TFTP booting off the Image Helper image and choose the Disk
Cleanup option (#3 I believe) from the image helper TFTP loader thing.
The disk cleanup step from there may recover the flash and get it
bootable again. It has worked for me a few times, if this don't work
then you need to RMA.
