[cisco-voip] CRS Historical Reporting Client error

Getting the following error when trying to login to the CRS 5.0(1)Sr2
historical reporting client...

"Failed to login to database ask your administrator to check the
database user id and password that is dynamically obtained from the
application server"

This is a new install and the user is a Reporting User in CRS...

Any ideas? Not finding any mention of this on Cisco's site (or the forums...)
